Sparring Drop-In
Non-members are welcome to join our sparring sessions for a drop-in fee of CHF 25.
The fee must be paid via TWINT before the sparring session begins. Participation is only permitted once payment has been received.

For safety reasons, it is mandatory to bring the following protective equipment to every sparring session (checkboxes below). Participation in sparring is only permitted if all required protective equipment is present. If any mandatory equipment is missing, participation in the sparring session will be denied.
